What's the difference between Free and Pro?
Both plans include all core features like the studio, access codes and branding. Pro raises the limits and unlocks API access plus AI add-ons.
How are the AI features billed?
Pay per use. Translation and subtitles are billed per minute and per language. You only pay for what's actually used. AI features are available in Pro and Custom.
Can I use my own API keys for the AI features?
Yes. BYOK is included free in Pro. Store your keys (STT, LLM, TTS) encrypted in your org settings and bill the provider directly. Choose per provider. Self-service: no calls, no manual approval. Pro has a fair-use threshold; Custom is unlimited.
What happens if I exceed the limits?
On Free, access is blocked once a limit is hit. You can upgrade to Pro at any time. If you need more than Pro covers, get in touch about Custom.
Monthly or yearly billing?
Both are available. Yearly saves 16 percent (Pro: 16 instead of 19 EUR per month, billed once a year up front). You can switch between intervals any time and we prorate the difference.
Can I cancel monthly?
Yes. Your Pro subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that no further charges apply. Yearly subscriptions run to the end of the term.
Do I need a credit card for Free?
No. Create an account and go.
Can I withdraw?
Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of contract. With monthly billing this applies without restriction. With yearly billing the right of withdrawal expires once the contract is fully performed; you confirm this explicitly during checkout. Details in our terms and the withdrawal notice.
