Plans
OpenBooth offers three plans: Free for trying things out, Pro with monthly or yearly billing, and Custom for individual requirements. Concrete prices and limits live on the
/pricingpage. - 02
Switch plan
- Upgrade: takes effect immediately, with prorated billing for the remaining month under monthly billing.
- Downgrade: takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Payment method
Payments are processed via Stripe. Accepted: credit card, SEPA direct debit, Apple Pay, Google Pay. Update payment method and billing address any time under
Billing. - 04
Invoices
Invoices are issued automatically and sent by email. In the billing area you'll find all invoices as PDFs to download. With a stored VAT ID, OpenBooth issues reverse-charge invoices (B2B inside EU).

Cancellation & withdrawal
Note
Pro subscriptions can be downgraded to Free any time. With monthly billing the cancellation takes effect at the end of the next month, with yearly at the end of the contract year. Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal after entering the contract. Details on the right-of-withdrawal page in the footer.
